HOW WE STORE YOUR DATA
We take commercially reasonable steps to protect your personal information using secure servers, encrypted transactions, and protected file storage. While we strive to safeguard all data, no system is entirely immune to breaches. You use the Site at your own risk.
THIRD-PARTY ACCESS
We may share your personal information with trusted third-party providers (such as payment processors or shipping partners) who help us operate our business. These providers are required to handle your data in a way that complies with this Privacy Policy and are not authorized to use your information for their own marketing purposes.

YOUR RIGHTS & ACCESS TO INFORMATION
You have the right to access, update, or request deletion of your personal information. To make such a request, please contact us at info@thesocialplanner.io. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
LINKS TO OTHER SITES
The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of these websites. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies before submitting any personal data.
USER-GENERATED CONTENT
If you choose to publicly share content (e.g., reviews, social media posts, testimonials), it may be visible to others and reused by The Social Planner. We are not responsible for any personal data you voluntarily disclose in public forums.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
This Site is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 13. If we discover that a child has submitted personal data, we will delete it immediately.
COOKIE POLICY & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES
We use cookies and similar technologies (such as pixels, tags, local storage, session recording, and device identifiers) to operate the Site, remember your preferences, authenticate sessions, analyze usage, and measure the effectiveness of our marketing. Some of these technologies are provided by third parties and may transmit information directly to those third parties.
Categories of cookies and trackers we use:
- Strictly Necessary. Required for the Site to function, including authentication, session management, security, and load balancing. These are always active and cannot be turned off through our consent tool.
- Analytics. Help us understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it. We use Microsoft Clarity, which provides aggregated usage analytics, heatmaps, and session insights, and privacy-friendly, cookieless first-party measurement through Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights.
- Marketing & Advertising. Used to measure and improve our advertising and to deliver relevant content. We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and the Meta Conversions API, which may receive information such as your IP address, browser/device information, a hashed version of your email address (where available), and Meta advertising identifiers, and (where enabled) Klaviyo for email marketing and onsite engagement tracking.
Your choices.
When you first visit the Site, we present a cookie banner that lets you accept, reject, or customize non-essential cookies. Analytics and Marketing cookies are not loaded until you provide consent. You can change your choices at any time using the “Your Privacy Choices” link in the website footer. You may also manage or disable most cookies through your browser settings; disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the Site.
Global Privacy Control (GPC).
Some browsers and extensions let you broadcast a Global Privacy Control signal that communicates your preference to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We recognize and honor GPC signals as a valid opt-out request for the browser on which they are enabled.
Do Not Track.
Because there is no industry-wide standard for interpreting browser “Do Not Track” signals, we respond to opt-out preferences through our consent tool and GPC signals as described above rather than to legacy Do Not Track headers.
CALIFORNIA PRIVACY RIGHTS (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), provides you with the following rights, subject to certain exceptions:
- Right to Know / Access: Request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties with whom we share it.
- Right to Delete: Request deletion of personal information we collected from you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.
- Right to Opt Out of Sale or Sharing: We do not sell your personal information for money, but our use of certain advertising and analytics cookies (such as the Meta Pixel) may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out at any time using the “Your Privacy Choices” link in our website footer, via the cookie banner shown on your first visit, or by enabling a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in your browser. We honor GPC signals as a valid opt-out request.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: You will not receive discriminatory treatment for exercising your privacy rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@thesocialplanner.io. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
